基于肝癌和胰腺癌的国产放射治疗设备应用调研分析

Investigation and analysis of the application of domestic radiotherapy equipment based on liver cancer and pancreatic cancer

目的:调研国内肝癌和胰腺癌精确放射治疗设备临床应用情况,为国产放射治疗设备市场发展提供参考。方法:采用自制问卷对国内20个省的67家医院针对原发性肝癌和胰腺癌精确放射治疗解决方案的放射治疗设备及临床应用情况进行调查。调查范围涵盖三级甲等、三级乙等、二级甲等和二级乙等不同等级医院,涉及11种放射治疗设备,主要调研内容为放射治疗的设备使用年限、设备配置参数、模拟定位、患者固定装置、人员配置及质量控制状况等信息。结果:共发放调研问卷67份,收回有效问卷67份。各级医院对肝癌和胰腺癌精确放射治疗的软硬件配置及人员专业技术水平差别存在较大的差异性,国产放射治疗设备在国内市场仅占放射治疗设备总数的28.3%。结论:对全国原发性肝癌和胰腺癌放射治疗现状的调查一定程度上能够反映全国肝癌和胰腺癌的放射治疗现状,为肝癌和胰腺癌精确放射治疗过程中国产放射治疗设备的市场供需现状和发展策略提供参考。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of precision radiotherapy equipment for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer in China to provide reference for the market development of domestic radiotherapy equipment in China.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the radiotherapy equipment and clinical application of precision radiotherapy solutions for primary liver cancer and pancreatic cancer in 67 hospitals in 20 provinces.The scope of the survey covered hospitals of different levels of Grade A tertiary,Grade B tertiary,Grade A secondary and Grade B involving 11 types of radiotherapy equipment,with a focus on the survey of the radiotherapy equipment,service life,equipment configuration parameters,simulation positioning,patient fixation device,staffing,quality control and other information.Results:A total of 67 questionnaires were distributed and 67valid questionnaires were recovered.There were great differences in the hardware and software allocation and the personnel level of precision radiotherapy for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer in different levels of hospitals.The development prospect of domestic radiotherapy equipment in the domestic market was not optimistic.Conclusion:The investigation of the status quo of radiotherapy for primary liver cancer and pancreatic cancer in China can reflect the status quo of radiotherapy for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer in China to some extent,and provide valuable data reference for the market supply and demand status and development strategies of domestic radiotherapy equipment in the process of precision radiotherapy for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer.
