多种超声技术对女性乳腺癌筛查结果及相关认知情况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查分析辽宁省城乡多种超声技术对女性乳腺癌筛查的结果及相关认知。方法:选取2020年9-11月辽宁省内1个市、1个县、1个镇、23个村和2个社区5类城乡地区中符合乳腺癌筛查要求的1459名女性进行调研,采用自制问卷调研人工智能乳腺超声(AIBUS)联合高频超声进行乳腺癌双重筛查情况,比较分析调研对象的基本信息、筛查参检情况、筛查结果以及对超声检查技术等相关认知。结果:纳入标准的调研对象,平均年龄(47.88±9.86)岁。乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BIRADS)分类3级检出率为13.30%,BI-RADS分类4级及以上检出率为1.64%;对乳腺检查方式仅认知1种或2种的占大部分,任何检查方式均不知晓的女性仍然存在,其平均年龄为(48.26±9.98)岁;3.43%的女性不接受AIBUS类乳腺检查,认为没必要(占30.43%)和存在经济困难(占30.40%)的人数居多,且部分女性因同样原因不接受现有的乳腺检查。结论:各级医疗机构在女性乳腺癌筛查中应对不知晓乳腺检查方式的人群加大认知宣教力度,并对乳腺癌筛查参检率的影响因素进行干预。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the related cognition of breast cancer screening among women in urban and rural areas in Liaoning Province.Methods:Women who met the requirements of breast cancer screening from 5 types of urban and rural areas in 1 city,1 district,1 town,23 villages and 2 communities in Liaoning Province from September to November 2020 were selected as research objects.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the dual screening of breast cancer by artificial intelligence breast ultrasound system(AIBUS)combined with high-frequency ultrasound.The basic information,screening results,and related cognition of ultrasound examination technology of research objects were compared and analyzed.Results:1,459 research objects were in the inclusion criteria,with an average age of(47.88±9.86)years old.The detection rate of Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System(BI-RADS)3was 13.30%,the detection rate of BI-RADS 4 and above was 1.64%.A large proportion of women who were aware of only one or two types of the breast examination modalities,and women who were unaware of any examination modality still exist,and their average age was(48.26±9.98)years old.3.43%of women could not accept AIBUS breast examination,and majority of them deemed unnecessary(30.43%)and in the presence of financial difficulties(30.40%),and some women could not undergo any existing breast examination for the same reason.Conclusion:Efforts should be made to intensify the publicity and education with respect to the recognition of breast examination methods for females at the age of 49.42±9.87 and at the age of 49.90±10.29 in the BI-RADS 3 and above.The government should conduct long-term intervention with respect to the reasons that may affect the screening participation rate.
