土地改革中的广东农村妇女工作研究

A study of rural women’s work in Guangdong during the land reform

从1950年冬季开始,在全国范围内开始了一场轰轰烈烈的土地改革运动。广东省在中共中央中南局和中共中央华南分局的直接领导下,开始了本省的土地改革运动。在此次改革中,广东省积极发动农村妇女参加工作,培养妇女干部,注重男女一齐发动,这使得农村地区的妇女对土改产生了空前的热情,极大地推动了土地改革的发展,也有效地提高了妇女的地位。

Beginning in the winter of 1950,a vigorous agrarian reform movement began across the country.Under the direct leadership of the Central and Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the South China Branch of the CPC Central Committee,Guangdong Province began a land reform movement in the province.In this reform,Guangdong Province actively mobilized rural women to participate in the work,trained women cadres,and paid attention to the joint mobilization of men and women,which made women in rural areas have unprecedented enthusiasm for participating in land reform,greatly promoted the progress of land reform,and effectively improved the status of women.
