摘要
依托科研团队和科研设备,开发面向本科生教学的虚拟仿真实验项目,是实施科教融合和科研育人的有效方法。该文探讨了将激光分子束外延生长法这一凝聚态物理前沿技术转化为虚拟仿真实验的设计方案,分别从学科的理论基础、理论前沿和技术前沿解读该方法,突出展示了其分子动力学原理。对提升学生的科研兴趣、培养他们的科学实验素养起到了较好的促进作用。
Developing virtual simulation experiment relying upon the scientific research team and equipment for undergraduate is an effective method to implement the integration of scientific research and teaching. The design of transforming Laser Molecular Beam Epitaxy, a frontier technology of condensed matter physics, into virtual simulation experiment is discussed. This paper interprets it from the aspects of the theoretical basis, theoretical frontier and technical frontier, and highlights the principle of molecular dynamics. It has played a good role in promoting students’ interest in scientific research and cultivating their scientific experiments quality.
