摘要
为实现阀冷控制系统与触摸屏通讯之间高效、可靠的实时信息交互,文章对Modbus协议及其通讯原理进行分析,结合工程实际,提出了一种低成本、高可靠性、基于Modbus协议的通讯方法。阀冷控制系统利用Modbus协议,通过标准的TCP/IP以太网口接收来自触摸屏的请求并做出响应,既可以通过触摸屏实时、生动、直观地显示阀冷控制系统的运行参数和运行状态,也可以利用触摸屏直接修改系统运行参数,二者之间的通讯流畅,人机交互性好。文章软硬件可自由裁剪,具有编程可视化、应用组态化、硬件模块化的新兴特征,通讯功能可通过功能块灵活组态配置,提高了程序修改的可靠性及开发效率,可扩展性强,可快速实现与多个触摸屏通讯。
In order to realize efficient and reliable real-time information exchange between valve cooling control system and touch screen communication,Modbus protocol and its communication principle are analyzed in this paper.Combined with engineering practice,a communication method based on Modbus protocol with low cost and high reliability is proposed.Valve cooling control system using the Modbus protocol,through a standard TCP/IP Ethernet port receives the request from the touch screen and responds to it.It can not only display the running parameters and state of the valve cooling control system in real time,vividly and intuitively through the touch screen,but also modify the system running parameters directly by using the touch screen.The communication between the two is smooth and the man-machine interaction is good.The software and hardware in this paper can be cut freely,with the emerging features of programming visualization,application configuration and hardware modularization.The communication function can be configured flexibly through the function block,which improves the reliability of program modification and development efficiency,and has strong scalability,and can quickly realize the communication with multiple touch screens.
