Improve the Lean Management of Rural Distribution Network Projects,and Promote the Construction of Distribution Network in a Solid and Efficient Manner

当前农村用电需求正在不断增长,故而为提高农村配电网运行质量,降低供电问题发生的可能性,需提升农配网项目精益管理水平。文章通过实际调查与分析文献资料,围绕农配网项目中存在的问题展开探讨,并重点对农配网项目的精益化管理思路及优化措施进行分析,旨在为业内人员提供参考。

At present,the demand for electricity in rural areas is increasing.Therefore,in order to improve the operation quality of rural distribution network,reduce the possibility of power supply problems,and improve the lean management level of agricultural distribution network projects,this article focuses on agricultural distribution network projects through actual investigation and analysis of literature.The problems existing in the network project are discussed,and the lean management ideas and optimization measures of the agricultural distribution network project are analyzed in order to provide reference for the industry.
