By using the methods of literature review and field investigation, this paper analyzed the connotation of the intelligent development of urban sports park, and deeply analyzed the value,obstacles and paths of the intelligent development of urban sports park. The value of intelligent development of urban sports park: It optimizes the functional space layout of the park and enhances the spatial carrying capacity of urban sports park, builds the digital management platform for national fi tness and promotes the modernization of urban sports park management, meets the citizens’ multilevel fitness demands and improves the quality of healthy life, and drives the deep integration of national fi tness and technology and promotes the upgrading of intelligent sports industry. Development obstacles: The concept of green development is not solid and the ecological benefits are poor, the organization and management are not in place and the service effi ciency is low, the threshold of public service access has been raised and it is more diffi cult to promote, and the guarantee resources are not in place and the sustainable power is insuffi cient. Development path: We should stick to the concept of green development and strengthen the supervision of ecological environment, adhere to the idea of intelligent governance and improve the effi ciency of organization and management, grasp the peoplecentered orientation and let intelligent development benefi t the whole people, and strengthen the toplevel institution design to address weaknesses in development resources.
