高层住宅建筑防火设计要点分析

Analysis on key points of fire protection design of high-rise residential buildings

随着我国城市化进程不断深入,越来越多的人涌入城市,城市空间日益紧张,这在一定程度上促进了高层住宅的发展。与此同时,高层住宅建筑的设施建设和安全保障问题也日益突出,建筑防火是施工单位和住户最为关心的问题。文章通过对以往火灾事故的特点和高层住宅设计方面存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上,提出了完善高层住宅消防设施的建议,希望为有关部门提供参考。

With the continuous deepening of urbanization in our country,more and more people are pouring into cities,and urban space is becoming increasingly tight,which promotes the development of high-rise residential buildings to a certain extent.At the same time,the problem of facility construction and safety guarantee of high-rise residential buildings has become increasingly prominent,and the construction units and residents are most concerned about the fire prevention of buildings.This paper analyzes the characteristics of past fire accidents and the problems existing in the design of high-rise residential buildings.On this basis,suggestions for improving the fire protection facilities of high-rise residential buildings are put forward,hoping to provide references for relevant departments.
