摘要
CD4^(+)T细胞在免疫系统中起到非常重要的作用。肝脏微环境中含有极其复杂的免疫细胞,肝脏发生不同疾病时,会引起肝脏微环境中的CD4^(+)T细胞发生不同类型的分化,以缓解肝脏的损伤。文章主要简述了肝脏疾病与肝脏微环境中CD4^(+)T细胞亚群之间的联系,通过非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、慢性丙型肝炎等两种常见的肝脏疾病发生时,肝脏微环境中CD4^(+)T细胞所发生的变化进行具体解释;并对未来通过调节和控制肝脏微环境中CD4^(+)T细胞发生定向分化,进而治疗畜禽肝脏疾病的相关研究进行了展望。
CD4^(+)T cells play a very important role in the immune system.The liver microenvironment contains extremely complex immune cells.When different diseases occur in the liver,different types of CD4^(+)T cells in the liver microenvironment will be differentiated to alleviate liver damage.The article briefly describes the link between liver disease and CD4^(+)T cell subsets in the liver microenvironment,through the specific explanation of the changes of CD4^(+)T cells in the liver microenvironment,when two common liver diseases such as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and chronic hepatitis C occur.The future research on the treatment of livestock and poultry liver diseases by regulating and controlling CD4^(+)T cells in the liver microenvironment to induce directional differentiation is prospected.
