鼻唇沟是面部重要的解剖区域。鼻唇沟的加深、加长是面部老化的显著标志,埋线提升在中面部年轻化治疗中效果明显。本文以鼻唇沟区域解剖学为基础,根据美学标准个性化设计,利用不同的拉力矢量组合,多层次植入悬吊线和埋置线,综述应用线雕悬吊提升鼻唇沟的临床策略,以供同道们参考、指正和探讨。

The nasolabial fold is an important anatomical area of the face.The deepening and lengthening of the nasolabial fold is a significant sign of facial aging,and thread embedding is effective in the treatment of mid-face rejuvenation.This article is based on the anatomy of the nasolabial fold area,personalized design according to aesthetic standards,using different tension vector combinations,multi-layered implantation of suspension and embedding lines,and summarizes the clinical strategies of using wire sculpting suspension to improve the nasolabial fold.For reference,correction and discussion by fellow practitioners.
