摘要
培养高层次、高水平的创新型农林人才和多学科背景、高素质复合应用型农林人才是涉农高校新时代“育卓越农林新才”的历史责任。工业科技知识及工程文化背景,是现代农业学科分工细化与交叉融合并存纵深发展趋势下,农科专业学生跨学科通专融合知识结构重塑的必要构成及专业综合实践能力与创新能力训练的重要内容。西北农林科技大学自2005年面向农科专业开展工业认识教育实践以来,探索形成了以学生为中心的“一个载体两个平台三个目标”的农科专业工业认识教育模式,建立了完整的农科专业工业认识教育教学内容体系和组织体系,为新农科“育卓越农林新才”目标的实现提供了一种“工程方案”。
It is the historical responsibility of agriculture-related universities to cultivate high-level and high-standard innovative talents, and high-quality composite applied talents with a multi-disciplinary background in the new era of “cultivating outstanding new talents in agriculture and forestry”. The knowledge of industrial science and technology and the background of engineering culture are the necessary components of the knowledge structure remodeling of the interdisciplinary integration of agricultural students and the important contents of the training of the comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability under the development trend of the division and integration of modern agricultural disciplines. Since implementing industrial cognition education practice for agricultural specialties in 2005,Northwest A&F University has explored a student-centered industrial knowledge education mode of “one carrier, two platforms and three objectives” and established a complete teaching content system and organization system of industrial cognition education for agricultural specialties. It provides an engineering scheme to realize the goal of “cultivating outstanding new talents in agriculture and forestry”.
