农科研究生入职新型职业农民意愿及影响因素分析

An Analysis of Factors Affecting Agricultural Postgraduates’ Willingness to Be Professional Farmers and Its Influencing Factors

基于全国21所农业高校2585份有效问卷调查数据,构建二元Logistic回归模型,考察农科研究生入职新型职业农民意愿及影响因素。研究发现,56.67%的农科研究生愿意入职新型职业农民,个体因素(性别、学校类别、学位类别、英语水平、对“三农”的关注、政策了解情况)、家庭因素(家庭所在地、家乡区位、父母年收入、父母态度)、学校教育因素(农村就业宣传、农业农村实践)、社会环境因素(政策满意度、农村条件)显著影响入职意愿。建议加大对职业农民的政策支持力度,不断改善农村硬件与软件条件,加强针对农科研究生的职业农民宣传教育,以促使农科研究生入职意愿转变为实际入职,强化乡村振兴人才支撑。

Based on 2585 pieces of valid questionnaires from 21 agricultural universities in China, we have constructed a binary logistic regression model to investigate the willingness and affecting factors of agricultural postgraduates to be new professional farmers. The study finds out 56.67% of agricultural postgraduates are willing to be new professional farmers. Individual factors(gender, school category, degree category, English level, attention to the three rural issues, policy understanding),family factors(family location, home location, parents’ annual income, parents’ attitude),school education factors(rural employment publicity, agricultural and rural practice) and social environment factors(policy satisfaction, rural conditions) significantly affect the willingness to be new professional farmers. We suggest the policy support for professional farmers should be reinforced, the hardware and software conditions in rural areas should be continuously improved, and the publicity and education of professional farmers for agricultural postgraduates should be strengthened, to promote the transformation of the willingness into actual employment and strengthen the support of talents for rural vitalization.
