以院史文化为载体加强专业兴趣和志向教育的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Strengthening the Professional Interest and Ambition Education with College History Culture as the Carrier

基于浙江大学农业与生物技术学院的实践,讨论了以院史文化教育为载体,加强对学生专业兴趣和志向教育的内涵、模式和途径。认为学院的院史文化主要包括历史和当代名人、不同时期重大科学技术成果和该院特有的红色历史文化等方面,“上天入地,求是奋进”是学院院史文化的核心要义;目前传播院史文化的主要模式和途径包括建设院史馆、编写专著和教材、开设导论课和专题讲座、知识竞赛、庆典和纪念活动等。讨论了进一步提升院史文化教育及其成效的对策措施。

Based on the practice of the college of agriculture and biotechnology of Zhejiang University, this paper discusses the connotation, mode and way of strengthening the education of students’ professional interests and aspirations with the college history culture education as the carrier.We consider that the college history culture mainly includes historical and contemporary celebrities, significant scientific and technological achievements in different periods and the unique red history culture of the college.“Try every means to seek the truth with endeavour” is the core of the college history culture.Until now, the dominant modes and ways of spreading the college history culture include the construction of the college history museum, compiling monographs and teaching materials, offering introductory courses and special lectures, knowledge competitions, celebrations and commemorative activities, etc.It also discusses the countermeasures to further improve the college history culture education and its effectiveness.
