摘要
为应对日益严峻的水问题,我国近年来兴建了以国之重器三峡工程、南水北调、西电东送等为代表的世界级巨型水利水电工程,对富有水利科技创新意识和工程实践能力的复合型专业人才需求持续增加,亟需深入开展水文水资源专业通识教育工作。本文系统总结了水文水资源专业通识课程面临的知识基础薄弱、学习兴趣不足、理论与实践相对脱节等问题,阐述了以“水资源总体概况→关键水问题→水资源应对策略→水资源高效调控理论”为脉络的通识课程设计方案,进而有机运用“课前预演→课堂讨论→课后交流→结课建议”等多种授课手段和教学方式,有效地加深了学生对水文水资源专业知识的掌握和理解,为我国培养具有水利工程科学素养的复合型专业人才进行了有益探索。
To address the increasingly serious water problems, world-class giant water conservancy and hydropower projects represented by pillars of a great power: the Three Gorges Project, the South-North Water Transfer Project and the West-to-East Power Transmission Project, have been built in China in recent years.There is an urgent need to cultivate the compound professional talents with vital hydraulic technological innovation and engineering practice abilities and to develop the liberal education in hydrology and water resource deeply.This paper systematically summarizes the problems in liberal education in hydrology and water resource, like weak knowledge base, low learning interest, and theory out of line with practice.Then, the curriculum design scheme of “overview of water resources-->key water issues-->water resources coping strategies-->efficient water resources control theory” is presented, while the teaching methods of “pre-->class preview-->on-class discussion-->post-class communication-->end-class suggestions” are also used.In this way, students will better understand the professional knowledge of hydrology and water resources.This paper can provide helpful exploration for the cultivation of comprehensive talents with scientific qualities in water conservancy in China.
