At the beginning of the historiophoty,the Western history scholars had a heated discussion on the authenticity and fictionality of the film.How could a fictional film be applied to historical research This issue has become the focus of historians’ controversy.According to the French Annales School historian Mark Ferro,as a fictional film,not only can it be used as a historical material for historians to study,but also provide a new perspective for people to understand history.Through the interpretation of the film,we can find a history different from the official writing.This article attempts to further explore the authenticity and fictionality of the film based on Mark Ferro’s thinking of historiophoty,and then provide a solution for historians to analyze the history in the film.
