中医学术史上的四大地方中医医学流派比较研究

Comparative Study on Four Local Schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Academic History of Traditional Chinese Medicine

文章从形成原因、取得的成就、在中医学术史上的地位和影响、流派特色、医学传承与人才培养、研究现状6个方面对旴江医学、新安医学、孟河医学和岭南医学四大地方医学流派进行了归纳比较,认为不同的医学流派形成原因既有相似的地方,但也不完全相同。旴江医学研究与新安医学等的研究相比还存在一些差距。基于此要明确当前中医发展的任务,加强对旴江医学的研究,继续加强对旴江医学著作的整理,医家思想的挖掘和继承;深入探讨旴江名医的成才规律和传承模式,以指导当代人才培养;根据旴江医学形成原因,寻找旴江医学优势病种。

This paper summarizes and compares the four local medical schools of Minjiang medicine,Xin’an medicine,Menghe medicine and Lingnan medicine from six aspects:formation reasons,achievements,status and influence in the academic history of traditional Chinese medicine,school characteristics,medical inheritance and talent training,and research status,it is considered that the formation reasons of different medical schools are similar,but not exactly the same.There are still some gaps between Minjiang medical research and Xin’an medical research.Based on it,it is necessary to clarify the task of the current development of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen the research on Minjiang medicine,continue to strengthen the sorting of Minjiang medical works,and excavate and inherit the thoughts of doctors,probe into the rules of falent and inheritance mode of Minjiang famous doctors to guide the cultivation of contemporary talents,according to the causes of the formation of Minjiang medicine,find the dominant diseases of Minjiang medicine.
