后疫情时代高校辅导员的生命文化育人工作创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Life Culture Education of College Counselors in the Post Epidemic Era

自抗击新冠疫情以来,“生命至上”成为全社会普遍认同的价值信念,生命文化再次被彰显。高校作为文化传承与创新的重要载体,在后疫情时代,有效地开展生命文化育人工作,能更好地实现以文化人、以文育人。辅导员是高校开展文化育人工作的中坚力量,从自身工作经验及文献研究中挖掘生命文化的资源库,把生命文化育人与日常思想政治教育、课堂、党建、实践、网络相结合,最终实现传承文化、开拓创新、立德树人。

Since the fight against COVID-19,the supremacy of life has become a value universally by the whole society,life culture is once again highlighted.As an important carrier of cultural inheritance and innovation,colleges and universities should effectively carry out life culture education in the post-epidemic era,so as to better educate people with culture.Counselors are the main force of cultural education in colleges and universities.They should excavate the resource base of life culture from their own work experience and literature research,and combine life culture education with daily ideological and political education,classroom,Party construction,practice and network,so as to finally realize cultural inheritance,deploitation and innovation and establishment of moral integrity in cultivation.
