河湖淤泥性能及建材化利用研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对5个不同河湖淤泥化学成分、矿物组成、粒径分布、重金属含量、有机质含量等测试分析,分析了不同河湖淤泥的共性与差别。探讨了不同河湖淤泥生产烧结砖和陶粒产品的可行性。结果表明:不同河湖淤泥化学成分均属于由SiO_(2)组成的粘土质材料,矿物组成略有差异,重金属含量满足标准要求。利用氿江淤泥制备的烧结砖吸水率、抗压强度等各项指标均符合国家标准GB/T 2542—2012要求;利用太湖淤泥烧制的淤泥陶粒,各项指标均符合国家标准GB/T 17431—2010要求。经高温焙烧能使淤泥中重金属得到有效固化,本研究为淤泥无害化、减量化、资源化处置提供了有价值的参考。 By testing and analyzing the chemical composition,mineral composition,particle size distribution,heavy metal content and organic matter content of five different river and lake sludges,the similarities and differences of different river and lake sludges were analyzed.The feasibility of producing sintered brick and ceramsite from different river and lake sludges was discussed.The results showed that the chemical compositions of different river and lake sludges belong to clay materials composed of SiO,the mineral composition was slightly different,and the content of heavy metals meets the standard requirements.The water absorption,compressive strength and other indexes of sintered bricks prepared from Jiujiang sludge meet the national standard GB/T 2542—2012requirements;All indexes of sludge ceramsite fired from Taihu lake sludge meet the requirements of national standard GB/T 17431—2010.High temperature roasting can effectively solidify heavy metals in sludge.This study provides a valuable reference for harmless,reduction and resource disposal of sludge.
