摘要
为探究不同类型水泥砂浆对半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能影响,采用正交试验方法,以水灰比、矿粉用量及砂用量为影响因素,展开水泥砂浆力学性能、流动性能、收缩试验研究,设计普通型水泥砂浆配合比。在此基础上,选取粉煤灰、乳化沥青、水性环氧树脂为水泥砂浆外掺剂,改善砂浆性能,研究外掺剂对半柔性路面抗裂性能影响。结果表明,粉煤灰、乳化沥青、水性环氧树脂都可改善水泥砂浆的力学性能,但粉煤灰和乳化沥青能显著提高半柔性路面抗裂性能,而水性环氧树脂降低了半柔性路面抗裂性能。
To explore the influence of different types of cement mortar on the cracking resistance of semi-flexible pavement materials,based on orthogonal test,the water-cement ratio,the amount of mineral powder and sand were taken as the influencing factors to carry out the fluidity,mechanical properties and shrinkage test research of cement mortar,and the mixture ratio of common cement mortar was designed.On this basis,fly ash,emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin were selected as external additives to improve the performance of cement mortar,and the influence of external additives on crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement was studied.The results show that fly ash,emulsified asphalt and water-based epoxy resin can improve the mechanical properties of cement mortar,but fly ash and emulsified asphalt can significantly improve the crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement,while water-based epoxy resin reduces the crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement.
