边缘激活式热电池激活过程热-电仿真研究

摘要 与传统的中心孔激活方式相比,边缘激活热电池具有更高的激活可靠性,越来越广泛地应用于相关产品型号中。随着激活方式的改变,中心孔激活热电池激活模型中的单个等效移动热源无法适用于具有相互作用多热源的边缘激活电池。目前除美国Sandia国家实验室已公开报道过边缘激活热电池数值仿真的研究成果之外,国内外无其他相关研究报道。采用了基于移动界面理论的多移动热源模型模拟边缘激活热电池中加热片的复杂燃烧过程,建立了边缘激活热电池激活过程的热仿真模型。该模型可以预测激活过程中电堆内部每个位置的瞬时温度和电解质熔融相变程度,并基于电池内部温度与电解质内阻、开路电压的关系式计算边缘激活热电池的开路电压和内阻曲线。 Compared with the traditional center-ignited,edge-ignited thermal batteries are widely applied to latest battery products due to their higher reliability.Unlike center-ignited thermal batteries,the single moving heat source model has not been suitable for the edge-ignited.Therefore,in the paper,we use the line-gauss heat source mode to simulate the complicated burning process of pyrotechnic pellets in the edge-ignited thermal battery,and then build its model in activation process.The model can predict the spatial distribution of transient temperature and phase change of molten salts,and work out the output open-circuit voltage of thermals based on the relationship between the temperature and electrical potential.
