底架组装工装模块化设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 伴随着轨道客车行业发展,车体底架结构不断升级优化,制造标准不断提升。为满足多类型、高质量底架制造需求,对底架产线工艺装备进行更替升级。从底架组装工序需求出发,分析出底架组装工装功能,并基于模块化设计思路进行底架组装工装设计。对底架组装工装采用仿真模拟应用、实际生产应用等方式分析验证底架组装工装的实用性,同时依据生产应用进一步优化工装方案。最终实现底架组装工装在批量生产中全面应用。
