基于德尔菲法和层次分析法构建中医医院多专业一体化诊疗模式评价指标体系的研究

Construction of Multi-specialty Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment Model Evaluation Index System in TCM Hospital Based on the Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Method

目的:构建一套具备科学性、实用性、合理性的中医医院多专业一体化诊疗模式评价指标体系。方法:通过查询文献初步建立多专业一体化诊疗模式评价指标体系,采用德尔菲专家咨询法筛选指标,使用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:两轮问卷调查的回收率分别为95%和100%,两轮咨询专家的权威系数分别为0.88和0.95,均大于0.7,专家的积极程度和权威程度均较高;专家意见协调系数分别为0.609和0.675(P<0.01),经过两轮专家咨询,最终构建出包括7个一级指标、18个二级指标、52个三级指标的多专业一体化诊疗模式评价体系。结论:多专业一体化诊疗模式评价体系构建过程科学、规范,指标内容全面、合理,可作为中医医院多专业一体化诊疗模式评价的工具。

Objective:To construct a set of multi-specialty integrated diagnosis and treatment model evaluation index system in TCM hospital,which is science-based,practical and reasonable.Methods:The evaluation index system of multi-specialty integrated diagnosis and treatment model was primarily established by literature query,Delphi method was adopted to screen the indexes,analytic hierarchy process was used to determine weight indexes.Results:The recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaires are 95%and 100%respectively,the authority coefficients of two rounds of consulting experts are 0.88 and 0.95 respectively,both greater than 0.7,the degree to which experts are motivated and authoritative is higher;the coordination coefficients of expert opinions are 0.609 and 0.675 respectively(P<0.01),after two rounds of expert consultation,consequently,the evaluation index system of multi-specialty integrated diagnosis and treatment model is constructed,containing seven first-degree indicators,18 second-degree indicators and 52 third-degree ones.Conclusion:The construction of multi-specialty integrated diagnosis and treatment model evaluation index system is science-based and normal,the contents of the indexes are comprehensive and reasonable,which could be taken as the tool for the evaluation of multi-specialty integrated diagnosis and treatment model in TCM hospital.
