益气抗艾散联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS患者55例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Benefiting-Qi Anti-AIDS Powder Combined with HAART in Treating 55 Cases of HIV/AIDS Patients

目的:观察益气抗艾散联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)治疗艾滋病毒感染者(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)/艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)的临床疗效。方法:将110例进行高效抗逆转录病毒常规治疗的HIV/AIDS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组给予益气抗艾散联合HAART疗法,对照组给予HAART疗法,两组均以连续治疗3个月为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。观察两组临床疗效、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4细胞计数及不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率[94.55%(52/55)]高于对照组[69.09%(38/55)(P<0.05)]。治疗4个疗程后两组CD4计数均增高,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组卡氏积分均上升,观察组显效例数明显多于对照组,观察组显效率[60.00%(33/55)]高于对照组[10.91%(6/55)(P<0.05)]。观察组不良反应发生率[12.70%(7/55)]低于对照组[38.18%(21/55)](P<0.05)。结论:益气抗艾散联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS,可明显缓解由高效抗逆转录病毒疗法导致的毒副反应、过敏反应及特异性反应等不良反应,提高患者服药依从性,提升患者生活质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of benefiting-Qi anti-AIDS powder in combination with HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods:All 110 patients who accepted conventional HAART were randomized into the observation groupp and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was given benefiting-Qi anti-AIDS powder and HAART,and the control group HAART,three months were one course of the treatment,both groups were treated for four courses.To observe clinical effects,Karofsky integrals,CD4 cell counting and adverse reaction between both groups.Results:Total effective rarte of the observation group was[94.55%(52/55)],higher than[69.09%(38/55)]of the control group(P<0.05).After four courses of the treatment,CD4 cell counting increased in both groups,while the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups(P>0.05).Karofsky integrals of both groups raised,the number of markedly improved cases in the observation group was greater than that of the control group,marked effective rate of the observation group was[60.00%(33/55)],higher than[10.91%(6/55)]of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was[12.70%(7/55)],lower than[38.18%(21/55)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benefiting-Qi anti-AIDS powder and HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients could notably relieve adverse reaction such as toxic side reaction,allergic reaction and specific reaction induced by HAART,lift the patients'medication compliance,quality of life and curative effects.
