Innovation and Practice of Postgraduate Training Mode of Chemical Safety Engineering

化工行业在国家发展战略中占据重要地位,各部门出台的多项政策都强调应加快培养高水平化工安全人才。文章在分析化工安全工程硕士研究生培养现状的基础上,以中国石油大学(华东)为例,介绍了该校在国内率先提出化工安全复合型人才培养理念,整合优势资源构建完善的化工安全复合型人才培养体系,并创新化工安全工程硕士研究生培养模式的实践。该校化工安全人才培养工作得到了政府部门的高度认可与社会的广泛关注,可为其他高校相关人才培养提供参考。

Chemical industry occupies an important position in national development strategy.Various departments of the governments have issued policies,emphasizing to accelerate the pace of training high-level chemical safety talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of chemical safety postgraduates training in China,and introduces the practice of cultivating chemical safety interdisciplinary talents in China University of Petroleum(East China).The cultivation conception of chemical safety interdisciplinary talents was proposed firstly in China,and a compound chemical safety talent training system was constructed by integrating the advantageous resources and summarizing the related personnel training experience.The training mode towards chemical safety postgraduates has been innovated,which has received high recognition from the government and extensive attention from society,and could provide reference for the cultivation of relevant talents in other colleges and universities.
