摘要
微生物学是一门应用性很强的交叉学科,是水产养殖、生物技术、生物科学、食品加工及环境科学等涉海专业的基础课之一。目前微生物学理论课教学内容能突出涉海专业特色,但实验课的专业特色并不明显。针对这一问题,海南热带海洋学院在微生物学实验教学中,根据涉海专业特点设计了相应的实验项目,并引入“3+1”教学模式。文章以“海鱼肠道乳酸菌的分离与鉴定”这一微生物学综合实验为例,从精心准备实验、创建智能导学、简化实验操作及总结创新四个方面阐述了“3+1”教学模式各个环节的实施要点。与传统微生物学实验教学模式相比,该模式突出了海洋特色,提高了课堂教学的有效性,满足了微生物学实验教学对综合设计性实验的要求。
Microbiology is a highly applied interdisciplinary subject, which is one of the basic courses of aquaculture, biotechnology, biological science, food processing and environmental science. At present, the teaching content of microbiological theory course has distinct characteristics related to marine-oriented specialty, but the characteristics of marine-related in experimental course are not obvious. Aiming at the problem, the corresponding experimental items are designed according to the characteristics of marine-related specialty in the experimental teaching of microbiology, and the "3+1" teaching mode is introduced. Taking the isolation and identification of lactic acid bacteria in the intestine of marine fish as a case of microbiology experiment teaching, the paper expounds keys of each link of "3+1" teaching mode from four aspects: doing preparations elaborately for experiment, establishing guidance of intelligence tutoring outside class, simplifying experimental operation and promoting experiment summary and innovation. Compared with the traditional microbiology experimental teaching mode, the "3+1" teaching mode highlights the marine characteristics, improves the effectiveness of the microbiology experiment classroom teaching, and meets the requirements of the microbiology experimental teaching for the comprehensive designed experiment.
