摘要
心理因素对高校实验室安全管理会产生一定的影响。文章在分析一线实验人员认知特点和心理状态的基础上,探讨了影响其安全行为模式和安全行为态度的因素,并有针对性地给出了相应的建议,为高校制定有效的安全管理制度、提高实验室安全管理执行力提供参考。
Psychological factors have certain influence on the execution of safety management measures in colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the cognitive characteristics and psychological state of front-line experimenters,this paper discusses the influence factors of their safe behavior patterns and attitudes.Furthermore,some suggestions are put forward,which can provide reference for colleges and universities to formulate policies and implement systems effectively and to strengthen the execution of laboratory safety management.
