摘要
以数字技术广泛应用为特征的数字化转型,给社会发展与经济运行带来了颠覆性的变革以及前所未有的机遇和挑战。制造业企业如何在这场百年未有之大变局中抢占先机,实现跨越式发展,已然成为社会各界关注的焦点。文章以美的和海尔两家制造业企业为研究对象,分析数字化转型对企业管理变革的影响及其作用过程。研究发现,在数字化转型过程中,企业管理变革是循序渐进的,从技术层面开始,随后扩散到机制和制度层面,并最终引发观念层面的转变。据此,文章展望数字化转型对管理变革的影响,并重点补充对策建议,以期给未来我国制造业企业的管理实践提供启示与借鉴。
The digital transformation characterized by the wide application of digital technology has brought subversive changes,unprecedented opportunities and challenges to social development and economic operation.How to seize the opportunity and achieve leapfrog development in this unprecedented situation has become the focus of attention from all lifestyles.Taking Midea and Haier as the research objects,this paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on enterprise management reform and its process.The study found that in the process of digital transformation,enterprise management reform is gradual,starting from the technical level,then spreading to the mechanism and system level,and finally leading to the change of concept level.Accordingly,this paper looks forward to the impact of digital transformation on management reform,and focuses on supplementary countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for the management practice of China’s manufacturing enterprises in the future.
