辽宁省短缺药品监测评价模型的构建研究

Research on construction of monitoring and evaluation model of shortage drugs in Liaoning province

目的为了提高辽宁省短缺药品监测能力,分析短缺药品监测系统发展现状,最终建立起辽宁省短缺药品监测评价模型。方法分析影响短缺药品监测能力的因素,筛选出短缺药品监测评价指标,并确定指标权重,采用模糊群决策和多指标评价分析法构建辽宁省短缺药品监测评价模型。结果建立了基于模糊群决策的短缺药品监测评价模型,根据专家打分的结果,测算各指标权重,科学的反映各指标在评价体系中的重要程度。结论通过所构建的基于模糊群决策的短缺药品监测评价模型,科学、有效的对辽宁省短缺药品监测能力进行综合评价,为确保药品及时供应奠定基础。

Objective In order to improve the ability of monitoring shortages of drugs in Liaoning Province, analyze the development status of the monitoring system for shortages of drugs, and finally establish a monitoring and evaluation model for shortages of drugs in Liaoning Province.Methods Analyze the factors that affect the ability to monitor shortage of medicines, screen out the monitoring and evaluation indexes of shortage medicines, and determine the index weights.Fuzzy group decision-making and multi-index evaluation analysis method are used to construct the monitoring and evaluation model of shortage medicines in Liaoning Province.Results A monitoring and evaluation model for shortage of drugs based on fuzzy group decision-making was established.According to the results of experts′ scoring, the weight of each index was measured, and the importance of each index in the evaluation system was scientifically reflected.Conclusion Through the constructed monitoring and evaluation model for shortage of drugs based on fuzzy group decision-making, a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation of the ability of monitoring shortages of drugs in Liaoning Province was carried out, laying a foundation for ensuring timely supply of drugs.
