基于语音交互的发动机故障诊断装置开发 被引量:1

摘要 运用语音交互技术,读取并判断电子控制单元(electronic control unit,ECU)数据,开发发动机故障语言识别诊断装置,进行试验验证。结果表明:该装置可完成语音指令识别、诊断报文收发、诊断故障判定、诊断结果播报等闭环功能,同时可对物理层电压级别、车辆关键参数、发动机故障系统状态进行检测,检测准确率为100%。该装置避免了传统发动机故障诊断仪的复杂操作,为发动机故障诊断装置开发提供参考。 Using the voice interaction technology to read and judge electronic control unit data, the voice recognition engine fault diagnosis device is developed and verified by experiments. The results show that the device can complete closed-loop functions such as voice command recognition, diagnostic message sending and receiving, diagnostic fault determination, and diagnostic result broadcast, and the accuracy rates reach 100%. The voice interactive engine fault diagnosis device avoids the complicated operation of the traditional engine fault diagnosis instrument, and provides a reference for the development of the engine fault diagnosis device.
