体能训练主导下的越野滑雪运动员技术运用策略 被引量:2

摘要 体能训练近年来成为国内体育领域研究热点,并逐渐应用于越野滑雪项目。越野滑雪拥有多变的地形及形态各异的赛道,运动员在参与该项运动时需要具备较强的身体素质,才能熟练驾驭各类滑雪技巧,迎接不同越野环境的挑战。通过概述越野滑雪项目的规制及特点,结合项目对运动员身体素质的要求,分析当前我国越野滑雪运动员在参与体能训练时存在的不足,提出力量、跑步、跳跃三种体能训练方法。通过重视体能训练与技术运用之间的关系,促进不同地形条件下越野滑雪运动员的技术运用,以期加快理论研究和体能训练实践的融合,为我国培养出更多优秀的越野滑雪运动员。 Physical training has become a research hot spot in China’s sports and it’s gradually applied to crosscountry skiing. There are complex landforms and sundry tracks in cross-country skiing. Athletes need to acquire a strong body when he or she plays this in order to achieve proficiency in all kinds of skiing skills and face the different off-road environment.By sketches out the rules and traits, analyses the deficiency in China’s cross-country skiing athletes and moves three methods of physical training, respectively strength, running and jumping after combining event demands for athletes’ physical fitness.By focusing on the relation between physical training and techniques appliance, this paper boosts cross-country skiing athletes’ technique appliance on different landforms,thus expecting the accelerated integration of theory research and the practice of physical training which generates more and more excellent cross-country skiing athletes.
