摘要
黑龙江省冰雪资源丰富,发展冰雪体育产业具有得天独厚的优势,采用定量+定性的分析方式对此进行研究,科学制定黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展策略。得出黑龙江省冰雪体育产业优势、机会大于劣势、威胁,通过搭建SWOT-AHP定量模型,提供抓住机遇、应对挑战的有效策略。应利用冰雪体育产业政策红利,重视人才对冰雪体育产业发展的巨大作用,深入开发黑龙江省丰富的冰雪体育资源,实施精品产业新型发展策略,提高黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业的整体竞争力。
Heilongjiang Province is rich in ice and snow resources and it has a exceptional edge in developing ice and snow sports industry. A quantitative plus qualitative analysis is used to study this, and scientifically formulate the developing strategies of ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province. Using the way, it can conclude the advantages and opportunities of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province outweigh the disadvantage and threats, by building a SWOT-AHP quantitative model, it provides an effective strategy for seizing opportunities and coping with challenges. It should make use of the policy dividends of the ice and snow sports industry, focus on the great role of compound talents in the development of ice and snow sports industry,deeply exploit the abundant ice and snow sports resources in Heilongjiang Province, implement a new developing strategy for the boutique industry and improve the overall competitiveness of ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.
