By exploring the connotation of ice and snow sports culture in Heilongjiang Province, exploring new strategies to promote inheritance and development of ice and snow culture, The innovation of ice and snow sports culture from the aspects of foundation, form, technology and projects can open up a new situation for the ice and snow sports work in Heilongjiang Province.
