我国残疾人参与冰雪运动的策略研究

The Strategy Research of the Participation in Ice and Snow Sports of the Handicapped in China

残疾人体育事业是我国建设富强、民主、文明国家的重要组成部分,残疾人冰雪体育运动更应是我们关注的重点。我国残疾人冰雪运动发展严重滞后,这是历史遗留的问题,随着2022年北京冬残奥会的召开,我国加大了对残疾人冰雪运动的投入,三亿人参与冰雪运动的目标不仅仅指向健全人,更要倾向于残疾人这个特殊群体。面对我国残疾人冰雪运动的现状,我们要加大政府管理力度,建造和完善残疾人冰雪运动设施,加强残疾人冰雪运动教练员和其他相关人员的培训,积极引入社会力量,努力提升残疾人冰雪运动员的文化和运动修养,将我国残疾人冰雪运动发展融入到建设和谐社会的总体目标中,从而使所有中国人都能共享国家发展的成果。

sports cause of the handicapped is an integral part of the construction of a prosperous, democratic and civilized China, therefore, ice and snow sports of the handicapped must be the focus of our attention.However,this cause lags far behind in our country and it’s a historical issue.With the opening of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, we have enlarged the expenditure on ice and snow sports of the handicapped which means that the aim of 300 million people’s participation in the ice and snow sports targets not only on normal people but the handicapped ones, especially this special group.Facing the present situation of the handicapped ice and snow sports in China, we should intensify government management, build and improve the handicapped ice and snow sports facilities, strengthen the handicapped ice and snow sports coaches and other related personnel training, actively introduce social forces, efforts to promote the handicapped snow athletes culture and sports accomplishment, the handicapped ice and snow sports development into the overall goal of building a harmonious society, so that all Chinese people can enjoy the achievements of national development.
