摘要 本文的主要目的是研究低温防爆电动执行机构的设计及应用,简要介绍了电动执行机构的工作原理,总结了低温防爆电动执行机构设计难点及设计准则,充分研究了低温环境对产品功能及防爆性能的影响,采用正向设计思路进行材料选型、传动结构设计、润滑设计、电气设计及防爆设计。其中,材料选择需避免选择冷脆性材料,防止低温冷脆断裂;电机需充分考虑低温对润滑和绝缘性能的影响;控制系统宜考虑设计加热保温措施;润滑系统需设计合理的低温润滑粘度;防爆外壳宜选用相同材料,防止材料冷缩特性不一致导致隔爆间隙超出规定要求。按此思路设计制造的产品已取得了成功应用,希望对后续同类产品设计应用提供参考。 The main purpose of this paper is to study the design and application of low-temperature explosion-proof electric actuator,briefly introduce the working principle of electric actuator,summarize the design difficulties and design criteria of low-temperature explosion-proof electric actuator,fully study the impact of low-temperature environment on product function and explosion-proof performance,and adopt positive design ideas for material selection,transmission structure design,lubrication design,electrical design and explosion-proof design.The selection of materials should avoid cold brittle materials to prevent cold brittle fracture at low temperature;The influence of low temperature on lubrication and insulation performance of motor shall be fully considered;The control system should consider the design of heating and insulation measures;The lubricating system shall be designed with reasonable low-temperature lubricating viscosity;The explosion-proof enclosure should be made of the same material to prevent the explosion-proof gap from exceeding the specified requirements due to inconsistent material cold shrinkage characteristics.The products designed and manufactured according to this idea have been successfully applied,and we hope to provide reference for the design and application of similar products in the future.
