摘要
基于液压油真空滤油机的基本原理,利用西门子S7-200作为控制器设计了一款真空滤油控制系统。本系统可以自动过滤液压油中的水分、气体和杂质,利用液位传感器和控制阀门实现油罐自动补油,另外可以通过入油口涡轮流量传感器监控流量。相对于传统的滤油机,本系统可以实现无需人员看管,自动进行滤油、补油,并且可以利用流量监控实现系统的自动关断。
Based on the basic principle of hydraulic oil filter,a vacuum oil filter control system is designed by using Siemens S7-200 as the controller.The system can automatically filter the water,gas and impurities in the hydraulic oil,realize the automatic oil replenishment of the oil tank by using the liquid level sensor and control valve,and monitor the oil flow through the turbine flow sensor at the oil inlet.Compared with the traditional oil filter,this system can automatically filter and replenish oil without personnel supervision,and can realize the automatic shutdown of the system by flow monitoring.
