The clinical manifestation of gastroesophageal reflux disease is complex and diverse,and is a common multiple and refractory disease in the digestive system.the article mainly present the clinical therapeutic experience of the traditional Chinese medical treatment in GERD of Professor Wang xiaojuan to supply reference in clinic.Professor Wang advocated clinical treatment of GERD under the reinforcement and elimination in combination,Professor WANG thinks that the fundamental pathogenesis of GERD is weakness of spleen and stomach、gastric reflux.In the treatment,strengthening the spleen and stomach,reducing inverse Qi regulation and soothing the liver and releasing heat are often used to restore normal physiological functions of the spleen and stomach.
