刘丽芳教授治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎用药规律分析

Study on Medication Rule of Professor Liu Lifang in the Treatment of Non-lactating Mastitis

目的:基于数据挖掘技术,分析刘丽芳教授治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的药物网络及处方用药规律,可为临床非哺乳期乳腺炎的中医药治疗提供参考。方法:追踪与整理2013年1月至2018年1月,在刘丽芳教授门诊治疗的非哺乳期乳腺炎病例,收集半年内治愈的有效医案,将其用药处方数据录入软件,建立方药数据库。运用数据挖掘软件对非哺乳期乳腺炎的处方用药进行药物频数统计及高频核心药物网络分析,提炼出高频核心药味并对核心配伍进行数据分析,再结合中医药理论讨论、总结统计结果。结果:共纳入处方12191首,涉及药物114味,核心药物10味,病历核心二联药物20组,提炼出非哺乳期乳腺炎药物核心处方组成有蒲公英、金银花、连翘、白术、土贝母、黄芪、皂角刺、醋鳖甲、川芎。结论:刘丽芳教授中医药治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎遵循中医外科学内治法的“消”“托”“补”三大原则,以疏肝清热、化痰散结为主,且随证灵活配伍活血化瘀、软坚散结、益气扶正类中药是其主要用药特点。

Objective:Based on data mining technology,the analysis of Professor Liu Lifang’s prescription drug use for the treatment of non-lactating mastitis can provide reference for the treatment of Chinese medicine for clinical non-puerperal mastitis.Methods:To track and collate the cases of non-lactating mastitis treated in Professor Liu Lifang’s outpatient clinic from January 2013to January 2018,collect the effective medical cases cured within half a year,input the prescription data into the software,and establish the prescription database.Using data mining software to carry on the drug frequency statistics and the high frequency core drug taste network analysis to the prescription drug of non-lactating mastitis,extract the high frequency core medicine taste and carry on the data analysis to the core compatibility,and then the statistical results are discussed and summarized with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:A total of 12191prescriptions,involving 114drugs,10core drugs,medical records of the core of the second drug 20groups,extracted non-lactating mastitis drug core prescription composition of dandelion,honeysuckle,forsythia,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fritillaria thunbergii,astragalus,saponin thorn,vinegar Biejia,Chuanxiong.Conclusion:Professor Liu Lifang’s treatment of non-lactating mastitis by traditional Chinese medicine follows three principles:elimination,support,and supplement,focusing on soothe the liver and clear heat and dissipate phlegm and disperse the knot,at the same time with the syndrome flexible compatibility of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving hard lump,benefiting qi and strengthening resistance is the main drug characteristics.
