基于CBL+MDT的远程翻转课堂教学模式在牙周病规培教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探寻新冠肺炎疫情形势下,基于CBL+MDT的远程翻转课堂教学模式在口腔牙周病临床规培教学中的应用效果。方法以2020和2021年秋季学期的共计52名规培学员为实验组,采用基于CBL+MDT的远程翻转课堂教学模式;以同年春季学期的共计46名规培学员为对照组,采用传统面授实习的教学模式。对两组学员进行理论知识考核及牙周临床案例综合分析能力测试以评价实验组教学效果;对实验组学员进行该教学模式下分阶段的满意度问卷调查,并收集相关意见与建议。结果两组学员理论考核成绩无显著差异,但实验组学员的临床案例综合分析能力显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学员对基于CBL+MDT的远程翻转课堂教学模式各阶段的综合满意度均大于85%;同时针对自主学习资料、小组案例选择、MDT教师团队等方面问题提出了良好的建议。结论在新冠肺炎疫情期间,基于CBL+MDT的远程翻转课堂教学模式为牙周病临床规培教学提供了一种新的选择,不仅最大程度抵御了疫情停课阻滞教学进度的不良影响,还激发了学员自主学习、团队合作的积极性,增强了师生之间的互动性、联结性,培养了学员的多学科交叉思维以及综合素质能力,从而极大提升了口腔牙周病的临床教学效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of the remote flipped classroom teaching mode which based on CBL+MDT in clinical standardized training of periodontics during COVID-19 pandemic.Methods A total of 52 trainees in the fall semester of 2020 and 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and the remote flipped classroom teaching mode based on CBL+MDT was adopted;While a total of 46 trainees in the spring semester of the same year were selected as the control group,and the traditional face-to-face teaching practice mode was adopted.The theoretical knowledge and periodontal clinical comprehensive ability were examined to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups;The students in the experimental group were surveyed with a phased satisfaction questionnaire and the relevant opinions and suggestions were collected.Results The written exam scores of the two groups of trainees had no significant difference;While the comprehensive analysis ability of clinical cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were more than 85%satisfied with all stages of the teaching mode.At the same time,good suggestions were put forward for the problems on learning materials,clinical case selection and MDT constitution.Conclusion During COVID-19 pandemic,the remote flipped classroom teaching mode which based on CBL+MDT provides a new choice for clinical standardized training of periodontics,not only to maximize the resistance to the adverse effects of teaching suspension due to the epidemic,but also to stimulate the students’initiative of independent learning and team cooperation,to enhance the interaction and connection between teachers and students,to cultivate the students’multi-disciplinary thinking and comprehensive ability,thus greatly improving the clinical teaching effect of periodontics.
