强化无意识胜任能力在提高实习生急性透析并发症处理中的应用

摘要 目的研究强化无意识胜任能力教学模式在提高实习生急性透析并发症应急处理能力中的应用效果。方法选取重庆大坪医院2018年9月-2019年6月到血液净化中心临床实习的实习生68名,随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组在传统教学方式基础上,增加基于无意识胜任能力为目标的情景模拟教学模式。12周后比较两组学生理论、实践操作考试成绩及临床技能学习自我效能感。结果通过对比两组学生理论考试和实践操作考试的成绩,观察组理论考试及实践操作考试显著高于对照组。实验组实习生学习自我效能感对比明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论强化无意识胜任能力教学模式是一种高效的教学方法,能够提高医学生对所学急性透析并发症应急处理的相关知识点的掌握程度,以及实习生学习的自主性、积极性等。 Objective To study the situational simulation teaching model with the goal of strengthening unconscious competence as a new teaching model to improve the emergency treatment ability of acute dialysis complications.Methods A total of 68 interns from Army Characteristic Medical Center who went to the Blood Purification Center for clinical internship from September 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopts traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopts a scenario simulation teaching model based on unconscious competence as the goal.After 12 weeks,compare the two groups of students’theoretical and practical test scores and clinical skills learning self-efficacy.Results By comparing the scores of the two groups of students on theoretical and practical examinations,the theoretical examination and practical examination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;the comparison of the study self-efficacy of interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching model based on unconscious competence is an efficient teaching method,which can improve the medical students’mastery of the relevant knowledge points of the emergency treatment of acute dialysis complications,as well as the autonomy of the interns in learning,positivity and so on.
