摘要
变速箱前端盖是联接电机与变速箱的重要结构零件,该端盖(压铸件)外侧带有内置蜗轮蜗杆的变速箱,空间正交的两轴承孔和配合止口有较高精度要求,在批量生产中应使用适当的夹具以保证其位置精度。为适应不同的生产条件,设计了适用于车削加工的快速夹紧式车削夹具和适用于数控铣床的可变位翻转式铣床夹具。实际使用结果表明,两种夹具结构合理,操作方便,满足了生产需求。
The front end cover of the gearbox is an important structural part connecting the motor and the gearbox.The outer side of the end cover(diecasting part)is equipped with a worm gearbox,its space orthogonal two bearing holes and mating stop have high accuracy requirements,appropriate fixture shall be used in mass production to ensure their position accuracy.To adapt to different production conditions,the fast clamping fixture for turning and a variable position turnover milling fixture suitable for NC milling machine were designed.The practical application results show that the two fixtures have reasonable structure and convenient operation,and meet the production needs.
