摘要
针对机车转向架检修流程效率低下的问题,从瓶颈节点轴箱检修入手,考虑到维修状态不同其维修时间也会不同,以价值流为主线,绘制价值流现状图发现维修过程中存在的浪费。根据ECRS原则提出改进方案,然后绘制出未来价值流图,并运用PDCA方法进行持续改进。通过这几种方法的综合应用,实现了维修线的平衡,缩短了轴箱检修周期,提高了增值比率及维修生产效率,为企业实施精益维修提供了改善思路。
Aiming at the low maintenance efficiency of the locomotive bogie,the bottleneck was started from node-axle box maintenance,considering that maintenance time was determined according to status,and then value stream mapping was taken as a mainline to discover the waste during the maintenance process by the current value stream mapping.Improvement solutions were proposed according to the ECRS principle,then the future value stream mapping was plotted,and PDCA method was used for continuous improvement.Through the comprehensive application of these methods,the maintenance line balance is realized,the axle box maintenance cycle is shortened,the value-added ratio and the maintenance productivity are improved,providing improvement ideas to implement lean maintenance for enterprises.
