新西兰中小学教师减负的经验及启示 被引量:2

Experience of Primary and Secondary School Teachers to Reduce Their Burdens in New Zealand and Its Enlightenment

摘要 新西兰中小学教师负担已成为制约教师专业发展的一大障碍,其负担表现为教师工作时间较长、工作内容分配不合理等。教师负担过重严重影响了教师的身心健康以及职业幸福感,因而新西兰政府以减负增效为目的,明确教师责任边界,构建动态减负监测机制,完善教育评价制度。新西兰教师减负工作取得了一定的成效,这为我国解决当前教师负担过重问题提供了借鉴。
