摘要
基于水足迹理论对山西省2009—2020年的水资源消耗情况进行核算,并对农业和工业水足迹与经济增长进行脱钩分析,从而找出影响水资源消耗的主要因素。结果表明:山西省水足迹近十多年上升较快,从2009年的214.90亿m 3上升至2020年310.22亿m 3,年均上升约7.94亿m 3;在山西省水足迹构成中农业占比最高,达89.28%,而其中又以玉米、水果和猪肉的占比较大,分别为30.17%、20.77%和12.67%;2009—2020年水资源利用与经济增长的脱钩关系多数年份呈弱脱钩状态,其中农业用水与农业经济的脱钩状态对整体脱钩状态影响最大。提出应努力控制山西省水足迹增长速度,重点关注农业中玉米、水果和猪肉的生产过程节水改善等政策建议。
Based on the water footprint method,the water consumption of Shanxi Province from 2009 to 2020 is calculated,and the decoupling analysis of agricultural and industrial water footprint and economic growth is carried out,so as to find out the main factors affecting water consumption.The results are as follows.The water footprint of Shanxi Province increased rapidly in recent ten years,from 21.49 billion m 3 in 2009 to 31.022 billion m 3 in 2020,with an annual increase of 794 million m 3.Agriculture accounted for 89.28%of the water footprint in Shanxi Province,while corn,fruit and pork accounted for 30.17%,20.77%and 12.67%respectively.The decoupling between water use and economic growth in recent ten years was weak in most years,and the decoupling between agricultural water use and agricultural economy had the greatest impact on the overall decoupling state.Therefore,it is proposed that efforts should be made to control the growth rate of water footprint in Shanxi Province,focusing on the improvement of water saving in the production process of corn,pork and fruit in agriculture.
