碱地番茄在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下的果实品质分析

摘要 [目的]通过不同浓度的NaCl处理碱地番茄,发现并准确掌握最适合碱地番茄生长发育的盐胁迫浓度。[方法]以精彩6号番茄品种为材料,在同一时间进行定植,保证在相同栽培条件下进行,一共分为7组盐分(NaCl)浓度梯度处理,即0(CK)、50、100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L,观察统计其性状表现。[结果]随着NaCl浓度的不断增大,对精彩6号碱地番茄果实单果产量和果实单株产量均有显著抑制作用,分别比CK处理下降10.47%~39.24%、5.21%~74.05%。其中浓度为150 mmol/L的碱地番茄果实品质,可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量、维生素C含量均显著高于CK处理,分别高25.75%、95.2%、34.21%。[结论]不同浓度NaCl对碱地番茄的生长发育起到胁迫作用,降低了番茄果实的产量,其中浓度为150 mmol/L的处理,综合表现最佳,生产出高品质的番茄产品,可作为适合盐分浓度用于碱地种植番茄。 [Objective]The aim was to find the most suitable salt stress concentration for the growth and development of alkaline soil tomato by treating alkaline soil tomato with different concentration of NaCl.[Method]The tomato variety No.6 was used as the material,and the value was fixed at the same time and guaranteed to be carried out under the same cultivation conditions,and was divided into 7 groups.Seven concentration gradients[0(CK),50,100,150,200,250,300 mmol/L]were applied to salt(NaCl)treatment.[Result]with the increase of NaCl concentration,the single fruit yield and per hectare yield of tomato were significantly inhibited,which were lower than CK treatment 10.47%-39.24%,5.21%-74.05%.The content of soluble sugar,organic acid and vitamin C in the fruit quality of 150 mmol/L alkaline soil were significantly higher than those of CK treatment,higher than 25.75%,95.2%,34.21%respectively.[Conclusion]NaCl at different concentrations could stress the growth and development of tomato in alkaline soil,and reduce the yield of tomato fruit.the quality of tomato fruit is great at 150 mmol/L NaCl treatment.150 mmol/L NaCl concentration can be used as a suitable salt concentration for planting high-quality tomatoes in alkaline soil.
