摘要 [目的]探寻适合蓝莓钵苗生长的栽培基质。[方法]以原土(大田土)、草炭土、椰糠、珍珠岩、松针为原料,按不同比例配制出全基质和半基质,分析不同基质的理化性质及对蓝莓钵苗生长的影响。[结果]全基质原料草炭土︰椰糠︰珍珠岩=4︰3︰3最佳,半基质配比草炭土︰松针︰原土=4︰3︰3最佳。全基质和半基质均可有效增加蓝莓钵苗的苗高和促根生长,全基质相对半基质效果更好。[结论]设计的2种混合基质,均可用于蓝莓钵苗的栽培,其中全基质原料(草炭土︰椰糠︰珍珠岩=4︰3︰3)可使蓝莓钵苗的各种性状表现更为突出,可用于蓝莓钵苗的产业化生产。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the cultivation substrate suitable for the growth of blueberry pot seedlings.[Method]The total substrate and semi-substrate were prepared with raw soil(paddy soil),peat soil,coconut husk,perlite and pine needles in different proportions,and the physicochemical properties of different substrates and their effects on the growth of blueberry seedlings were analyzed.[Result]The best ratio of total substrate raw materials peat soil,coconut husk and perlite was 4∶3∶3,and the best ratio of semi-substrate raw materials peat soil,pine needles and raw soil was 4∶3∶3.The total substrate and semi-substrate could effectively increase the seedling height and root growth of blueberry pot seedlings,and the total substrate was better than the semi-substrate.[Conclusion]The two kinds of mixed substrates can be used for the cultivation of blueberry pot seedlings.The total substrate materials(peat soil∶coconut husk∶perlite=4∶3∶3)can make the various traits of blueberry pot seedlings more prominent,and can be used for the industrial production of blueberry pot seedlings.
