辽宁省海南南繁基地建设发展的思考

Thoughts on Construction and Development of Hainan Propagation Base in Liaoning Province

南繁育种,即利用海南环境与气候优势,缩短农作物的生长周期,从而实现周年育种,加速优质品种选育速度,在农作物加代繁育、鉴定筛选、基因功能研究以及育种和保障国家粮食安全方面发挥着不可替代的作用。该文通过对辽宁南繁基地建设取得的成效进行总结,按照从“基地”向“硅谷”转变的探索,分析存在的问题,并提出建议,为辽宁省南繁南鉴工作提供服务保障。

The Southern breeding was to shorten the growth cycle of crops by taking advantage of Hainan’s environmental and climatic advantages,so as to realize annual breeding and accelerate the breeding speed of high-quality varieties.It played an irreplaceable role in crop generation breeding,identification and screening,gene function research,breeding and national food security.The achievements of the construction of Hainan propagation base in Liaoning province were summarized.According to the exploration of the transformation from"base"to"Silicon Valley",the existing problems and some suggestions were analyzed,so as to provide service guarantee for the work of Southern propagation in Liaoning province.
