摘要 以粉煤灰与硅粉替代水泥的总替代量、龄期和水胶比为变化参数,完成了不同龄期不同双掺掺量和不同水胶比下陶粒混凝土的单轴抗压强度试验,分析了双掺掺量、水胶比和龄期对陶粒混凝土的抗压强度的影响。试验表明,在同一龄期下,水胶比为0.30时强度最大,随着龄期的增长,混凝土试块的抗压强度也随之增加;不同龄期下,水胶比为0.28和0.30且粉煤灰与硅粉掺量比为3∶4时抗压强度最大;对陶粒混凝土的应力-应变曲线进行拟合,拟合结果与试验结果基本一致。 Taking the total replacement amount,age and water-binder ratio of flyash and silical fume instead of cement as the changing parameters,the uniaxial compressive strength tests of ceramsite concrete with different double mixing contents and different water-binder ratios at different ages were completed.The effects of double mixing content,water-binder ratio and different ages on the compressive strength of ceramsite concrete were analyzed.The test shows that at the same age,the strength reaches the maximum when the water-binder ratio is 0.30,and the compressive strength of concrete blocks increases with the increase of age.At different ages,when the water-binder ratios are 0.28 and 0.30,and the ratio of fly ash to silical fume is 3∶4,the compressive strength is the largest.The stress-strain curve of ceramsite concrete is fitted,and the fitting results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
