冷等离子体处理对草地早熟禾幼苗抗盐性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探究冷等离子体种子处理技术对盐胁迫下草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)幼苗生理特性的影响,以草地早熟禾‘午夜’为试验材料,利用不同功率(10W,80W和120W)的冷等离子体处理其种子,测定不同浓度NaCl(0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5mol·L^(-1))胁迫下幼苗的生长和生理指标,并进行主成分分析。结果表明:冷等离子体种子处理技术可以缓解盐胁迫对草地早熟禾苗长和根长的影响,显著降低幼苗叶片丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的积累,提高叶绿素、游离脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性。将盐胁迫处理后的10个相关指标进行主成分分析,提取到的2个主成分特征值分别为7.238和1.177,累积方差贡献率达到84.154%。依据主成分分析结果计算冷等离子体处理对草地早熟禾幼苗抗盐能力的综合得分,排名依次为:中功率(80W)>高功率(120W)>低功率(10W)>CK。 In order to explore the effects of cold plasma treatment technology of seed on the physiological characteristics of Poa pratensis seedlings under salt stress,cold plasma at different power levels(10W,80Wand 120W)was used to determine the relevant growth and physiological indicators of Poa pratensis‘Midnight’seedlings treated by different concentrations of NaCl(0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5mol·L^(-1))stress.The results showed that the cold plasma seed treatment technology alleviated the effects of salt stress on the seedling length and root length of Poa pratensis,significantly reduced the accumulation of malondialdehyde in leaves of seedlings,and increased the content of chlorophyll,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein content and superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase activities.The 10relevant indicators were evaluated by principal component analysis,and showed that the two extracted principal components had eigenvalues of 7.238and 1.177,respectively,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 84.154%.According to the results of principal component analysis,the comprehensive score of cold plasma treatment on the salt resistance of Poa pratensis seedlings was calculated and the ranking was medium power(80W)>higher power(120W)>lower power(10W)>CK.
