摘要 为了对船用齿轮箱系统故障进行安全评估,实现对船用齿轮箱系统的维护与管理,提出了一种基于组合赋权和多属性边界逼近区域比较法的船用齿轮箱系统故障评估模型。首先,对现有船用齿轮箱系统故障的影响因素进行梳理、提炼、归纳和总结,并构建船用齿轮箱系统故障的评价指标体系;然后,利用最优最劣法确定各评价指标的主观权重,利用指标相关性的指标权重确定方法获取各评价指标的客观权重;最后,依据最小二乘法计算各评价指标的组合权重,并基于多属性边界逼近区域比较法计算各方案的综合评价值。研究表明,该模型可以有效实现船用齿轮箱系统故障的安全评估。该模型的提出可以为现实生活中船用齿轮箱系统故障评估问题提供决策参考,弥补了现有评价方法的不足。 To evaluate the faults of marine gearbox system and realize the maintenance of marine gearbox system,a novel fault evaluation model of marine gearbox system based on combination weighting method and multi-attributive border approximation area comparison(MABAC)method is put forward.The proposed model consists of two steps,the first step is to obtain an index system of the marine gearbox system faults,and the second step is to design a new comprehensive evaluation approach that combines the advantages of the best worst method(BWM),the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method,the partial least square(PLS)method,and the MABAC method.More specifically,the existing influencing factors of the marine gearbox system faults are first sorted out,refined,summarized,and concluded,and the index system of the marine gearbox system faults on this basis is constructed.Then,the BWM method can be used for calculating the subjective weights of the evaluation indices,and the CRITIC method can be used for calculating the objective weights of the evaluation indices.Finally,the PLS method can be employed to obtain the combined weights of the evaluation indices,and the MABAC method can be utilized to determine the final comprehensive evaluation values of the faults of the marine gearbox system.Once these steps are carried out,the faults of the marine gearbox system can be ranked and then the most important fault of the marine gearbox system can be identified.A practical example is applied to prove the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed model.The research shows that the model can acquire a relatively reliable fault evaluation result of the marine gearbox system,which is consistent with the real situation.Hence,the gained research result can also be a piece of reference for evaluating the marine gearbox system fault to help the decision-maker make policy suggestions.
