摘要
阿帕替尼(商品名:艾坦)是由我国恒瑞医药自主研发的全球第一个治疗晚期胃癌的小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物,2014年获批上市。本文对阿帕替尼的合成路线进行了综述与分析,以期望为工业化生产提供新的思路。
Apatinib is the world's first small-molecule targeted anti-tumor drug for advanced gastric cancer independently developed by China Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.The drug was approved for marketing in 2014.In this paper,the synthetic routes of apatinib was reviewed and analyzed in order to provide new guidance for industrial production.
